Steve Richie
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Steve relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1997. He knows firsthand what it's like to move to a new state, learn new neighborhoods and find the right home far from where you started.
With over a decade of local real estate experience, Steve represents buyers and sellers throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties — from downtown Tampa condos to Clearwater Beach getaways and family homes in Palm Harbor.
He also specializes in For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties and expired listings, helping sellers who've struggled to sell get their homes in front of the right buyers.
